WHAT I DO:
I specialize in "Business Overhead Expense Insurance" to help self-employed business owners and professionals to keep their doors open by reimbursing their business expsenses to weather the storm if they get seriously ill or injured. In addition, I'm also an EXPERT in the areas of Life Insurance, Disability Income Protection, Tax-Free Retirement Planning and Guaranteed Life Income Planning to create a "Personal Pension" you and your spouse can never outlive.
I use a powerful system called "Financial Needs Analysis" to help my clients to evaluate their financial goals and objectives to accurately reveal any shortfalls that may exist and present them options to determine the best course of action. Many people find this planning process to be very illuminating and invaluable.
NOTE: My personal benchmark of success is not based on whether someone ACTS on my professional recommendations and purchases anything I may offer. INSTEAD - It is measured by how well I feel I have informed and educated my clients on the risks of life and the options and solutions available to them to make knowledgeable, well-informed decisions. Once I do that, regardless of the outcome - I sleep like a baby.
About Me:
I come from a family of insurance and financial professionals. I followed my father's footsteps into the life insurance business in January of 1995 by joining as an agent with the New York Life Insurance Company and was there for 12 years. Later I formed "Radwick Financial Group, LLC " to have more flexibility and autonomy so my clients have the options that make the most sense to THEM.
I have been married to my high school sweetheart for almost 40 years, I have two adult children and two granddaughters. I have a passion for cooking and being a gourmet chef. I have always loved physical fitness and learning about Asian culture and combined these two passions by getting my 3rd Degree Black Belt in the Korean martial art of "Hapkido." My wife and I are both avid Nordic skiers and hikers in the beautiful Methow Valley of north central Washington. We also love travel and playing pickleball.

With all the choices out there, If I were in your shoes, I'd want to know this as well. Here is a list of differentiators to consider. Frankly, I'd suggest using this as your "Gold Standard" benchmark when comparing any insurance or financial advisors:
If you die of cancer - do you die first or get sick first? "SICK," right? Then why do some people have life insurance, but NO disability insurance, nothing in place to protect their earned income or business? Doesn't it make sense to insure for things in the order they happen? I've SEEN first-hand the unbelievable POWER of disability insurance when one of my top clients suffered with stage 4 Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma and he literally struggled to function. His Business Overhead Expense Insurance reimbursed his business expenses keeping his medical practice intact. I also protected his paycheck each month so he and his family could stay in the world they were used to. He was even able to take his entire family on vacation to Hawaii like he's always done. He told me he were it not for his disability insurance - he absolutely would have had to cancel it.
Because I LOVE my wife more than anything in this world and I always want her to be 100% financially secure no matter what, whether I'm here or not. Life insurance provides me a way to GUARANTEE my wife will always be 100% financially secure and so I can give her a "LOVE LETTER FOR LIFE," in the form of a guaranteed life income annuity, a check each month for the rest of her life. It has been said "Life Insurance is the sincerest love letter ever written." When it comes to peace-of-mind and taking care of those you love, NOTHING comes close to life insurance. I love sharing this passion with others who feel the same way.
As a self-employed business owner and professional myself, I can relate. We take enough RISK in our business or practice as it is. Why add more on purpose when you don't have to? I find it extremely refreshing and satisfying to show my clients a BETTER WAY. One that is about peace-of-mind, security and guarantees without excessive risk in the stock market or other risky investments. It's nice to look clients in the eye and say what you mean and mean what you say.
While I could certainly charge high hourly rates for planning services based on my 30+ years of experience - I choose not to be fee-based. Instead, I am compensated directly by the various insurance companies I broker with. You will never see a "planning fee" from me listed as a line item expense. I also get compensated by receiving sincere testimonials from happy clients and personal introductions to others and find it very satisfying KNOWING someone is 1,000X more financially secure because of what I put in place.
